Even if he signed he wouldn’t play Friday. I’m sure United would insist on that

Man Utd wouldnt really have a say on it

You can imagine the conversation:

Mourinho: Claude! Jose here. I've just heard you've signed Januzaj from Real Sociedad. Congratulations! One thing, though - we don't want you to play him against us on Friday. Understood?

Puel: Sure, Jose! No problem whatsoever. Consider it done.

So we can call up Jose and say we don't fancy playing against De Gea?

"Hey Jose, just wondering if you could drop De Gea for the game, few of the lads had a run in with some bouncers in Ibiza and worried De Gea will give them flash backs"

Utd are a big team and all but get a grip

If this was to happen......The release clause is $30 euro.

Don't mean we would bid that though we may bid below.....if we were interested of course!

I said early I would be happy enough with this, but after being linked to Promes, Bailey and Hazard, I'd be a little disappointed.

Perhaps Puel knows we are in serious need of another attacking player/winger and Januzaj is being sounded out, if we don't get our no.1 or no.2 target in.

What we can't have happen, is we don't sign anyone for that position and hope to get by with Gray, Diabate and Albrighton. We need someone in to take that creative burden off Maddison. Likewise in defence too, we need another CB in, to avoid what happened at yesterday's friendly with Benny and Morgan our pairing!

The frustrating thing,” he lamented, “is seeing ones like Januzaj, [...] get up to that level and stop doing the work they did to get them to that level.

“Not play the games, not train as hard, sit in Jacuzzis and not do the same weights and sessions they did to get there. Those are the frustrating ones for me, because that could be avoided.”

It's going to be an interesting few remaining days in this transfer window... Especially with the Maguire situation and Manchester United involved.

Wonder if they're going to use Januzaj as a bargaining tool.

This is why I thought he was still a united player so it’s @MC Prussianto blame for my comments

troll him instead ?

The dolluro, a cheaper way to trade football players.

Yes, and 1 dolluro is worth around 2 million euros, so $30 euro is about right.

Another inconsistant player that we could add to our already inconsistant group of wingers / attackers. There's potential there but there's also bags of potential in Gray and Diabate or so we are lead to believe. Not sure this is the sort of player we should be looking at but at the same time I cant honestly think of anyone else realistic.

Has Jose been on the phone to Puel yet to let him know what players he can field?

Yep. Benny and Wes are on the list with Simmo and David Nish.
