Unfortunately we havent aquired the tech yet to teleport so time is required to travel from one country to another. Theres then all of the formalities to go through at the club and all the promo stuff. There was over a day from when Benkovic arrived to when it was announced.

Far as I know work permits can take days - although assurances on its likelihood of success can be given. According to the criteria this guy should walk it tbf. 1
