It would get Iheanacho, Maddison and Vardy all actually in the side, he's got four full backs, three of whom can legitimately play wing back, he's got shit wide options but Ghezzal could actually be back up to Maddison and Diabate could be back up to Vardy and he doesn't seem to rate Gray. I still don't actually believe it but I do think it fits our squad better than 4411. 5

I disagree - If United come in on Thursday with a ridiculous offer (80m+) then the club need to be in a position to accept it if they consider it good business. That can only happen with replacements lined up and everything agreed. No way are we buying two centre halves and keeping Maguire long term.

I know we signed Jonny Evans but we're redressing the balance a little too much with this guy and Rachid Ghezzal imo.

Johnson hasn't signed a contract. Getting this guy and the other guy in is good forward planning by the club. Especially if Maguire might go at the end of the season or mid season.
