I'm surprised to see Nils-Eric Johansson there.

 

Admittedly, he played during a period when I only went to matches occasionally. But he seemed one of the half-decent players.....not that there was much competition in an absolute rubbish team.

 

I remember always coming away thinking "why the fvck did I waste an afternoon and £20 on that"? Then every 2-3 months I'd forget how bad it had been... lol

He wasn't that bad I guess. Couldn't think who else to put at left back (since been reminded of Ryan McGivern)

Josh Low for me remains the worse player I've ever seen for us.

I distinctly remember thinking Kerrea Gilbert was pretty decent for us! I was always baffled that he ended up not making it in the football league and just dropped off the pyramid completely.

Not necessarily the worst player to play for us but I was always massively underwhelmed with Gareth Williams, there was a massive to do because the money we paid in compo to forest was peanuts and he came to us as our cm midfield saviour but turned out to be abysmal in most games, that was the summer when we signed so many piss poor players it was laughable, Nathan Blake, Martin keown, Jason Wilcox, seemed like every day we handed out contracts like confetti

I didn’t think Gilbert was that bad in the season we got promoted from League 1 if I’m honest. Robbie Neilson was far worse!

Ullathorn would've been a great player for us were it not for a broken ankle on his debut. 

 

He was of a good quality, just suffered from a fractured start.

Third post in a row but I know someone who was mates with him. 

 

According to my mate he wasn't that interested in football, just did it as a job. His performances bore that out. 

 

This is purely conjecture, though.

Rob ullathorn? No way, was a decent player just had injuries. So many worse left backs.
