Probably said in jest, but with the criticism of the ref coming heavily from Cooper, it's probably been made worse.

 

Mentioned in the ref's report. Would be incredibly insane for PGMOL and FA to impose a ban on this and would probably cause more outrage based on the corruption scandals. 

 

More likely to remind Vardy of his behaviour.

I assumed there was a better angle on the telly than the one showed in the ground, but it was about the first fun thing to happen all game.
