Will he bag 20 in the championship though…

Could be a stunning Swan song couldn't it. 443 with Vards and one of the other lads up front, score a billion goals

Feel bad for Vardy, lost two yards of pace, some of his energy and it basically kills his game. For me, Iheanacho has to start every game. He’s our only striker that regularly has opportunities to score.

He has to start every game. He is clearly our most productive forward now and mismanagement of him has contributed not insignificantly to our current position.

In a team with few leaders, he talked and told people what to do last night.

We need the likes of him and Evans to help galvanise the squad.

I'm sorry Jamie lad it's time to call it a day. You'll have a full time job keeping that mrs of yours out of trouble.

I’m tired of hearing all of us make excuses for Vardy. The wife, age, confidence, sharpness blah blah blah. Time for some tough love. If he has any intention of being remembered in a positive light he has to defy everything that has held him back recently and go all out to lead this group to victory and save this club he calls his own.

Finish the job Vardy then you can merrily walk off into the sunset.

No, he told others what to do because he doesn't have the legs to do it himself anymore. If he can only drop into a number 10 position now, then I'm afraid his career is over, he doesn't have the technical ability to do it.

Starting him against Villa was a weak decision by weak coaches looking to score points with the fans. He's the worst of our 3 first team squad strikers, he shouldn't be playing.

All Vardy does is point. Just watch him the next time he’s on the field. It’s quite funny. Once you spot it, you can’t un see it

All the nonsense with his missus didn't help, but there's nothing left in the tank now and having been smashed to bits in non league in his early career, I dare say he's feeling it now and probably playing with pain being managed.

He's always done this. Now he's pointing but there's nobody to go where he's pointing.

Look back at him and Shinji. Worked a treat.

He's one of the best we've ever had (possibly the best, but I've lost interest in trying to rank players), but he's done. Sub on for the last ten minutes at best for the rest of this season, then call it a day.

Gary Lineker was brilliant for us once too, but it doesn't mean he should be playing now.

Vardy looked sharper last night it’s just a shame our best midfielder was playing on the wing.

What a way to stifle our passing by putting Madders out wide to have a quiet game !

None of our strikers are good enough to play lone striker role, the most likely to succeed at that at present though is nacho, Nacho has the best technical ability and can almost play as a 10, it's crazy he's getting no minutes, same with cags, why wasn't he on the bench on Tuesday night.

You’re absolutely right, and, dare I say, slightly hide behind defenders. It’s just horrible to see.

Is Vardy able to Manage ?.

It can't be anymore risk than bring back M.O.N.

Vardy player manager, I'd love to see him with all the power, skittles vodka, espressos and red bulls all round.
