Don't remember Sandercock

Same here. Did he ever get a game. Remember a Phil Sandercock who played for Torquay. Brothers?

Tearse, remember the name, but not him playing. Shipped out as it happens to Torquay!

As it was in 1976. Nice footage of the Filbert Street facade.

They've made fair points but, for goodness sake, it's not as if it's a daily occurrence and am sure they made the choice themselves to live where they did at the time..

Don't mean to be a pedant but that top photo of Alan Young v Chelsea wasn't taken at Filbert Street - must have been Stamford Bridge before its redevelopment.

Yes that match was at Stamford Bridge on Boxing Day 1979. Hark now hear the Leicester sing, the Chelsea.....

We beat them 1-0 at home in the return fixture on Easter Monday 1980 and went on to win the 2nd division title, whereas they narrowly missed out on promotion. :)

The first photo doesn't look like Filbert Street?

Edited to say I hadn't seen the earlier comments saying the same!
