I've a horrible feeling Spurs are going to pull this off.

Me too sadly.

Usually I just want to see a decent game of football but I'd accept Liverpool shithousing a 1-0 dodgy peno win in a horrifically bad game.

'Pool's back four are far too canny to be distracted by the antics of a flailing lummox like Llorente allowing the likes of Moura to get in behind. Question being, is Kane match fit?

looking forward to this. It has been a great tournament this year. Those two semi finals were off the scale in terms of drama. Let's hope the final delivers!

Everyone that lost to spurs in this competition deserves a 10 year ban from European competition for making it into a total farce

Radio 5 coverage , expert commentary from Sean Dyche . WTF ?

Added to Robbie Savage and Chris Sutton. With Jenas and McManaman surely to come later.

Macca's on BT Sport with Micheal "dull" Owen, Glenn Hoddle and Rio Ferdinand

So Spurs have dropped semi final hat trick hero Moura to the bench for Kane, who often takes a few games to get back to form after injury. I know they want him in, but it feels they've weakened the team a bit. I also stand by my opinion Kane on a whole make Spurs play worse.

Gotta feel sorry for Moura not getting a start.

Think Kane starting may be their downfall. They've genuinely looked better when he hasn't been playing at the end of the season.

I’d rather Spurs win it for two reasons

First I couldn’t stand hearing the scousers with their horrible fookin accents banging on about how brilliant they are

Second, I think Pochettino has worked absolute marvels as their manager tbh. He seems an incredibly humble, passionate, likeable guy.

It’s a close call cos I don’t like Spurs fans at all

However, I think Liverpool will win. They are firm faves with the bookies

If even Hoddle is saying Kane shouldn't start you know it's the wrong decision. This is the man who said it was a positive penalty when Kane completely missed the goal. He can spin anything Kane related into a positive.

Dont like Jenas or Spurs but surely having Macca and Jenas as co-commentators would have been the fairest outcome for viewers?

Surrounded by the inlaws who are all lifelong Spurs and even they are saying that Kane is absolute class but he just stalls every single quick counter attack that Spurs produce and hinders what they are seriously good at.

I agree, you would imagine Liverpool will have most of the play so counter attacking is Spurs' most effective way of trying to win.

Some of my mates are spurs fans. Used to say I was stupid and mock me for saying it. Now they say cash in and build round son. Which is also said for years

how come bt have let us watch the final for free over the past few years?

I imagine they're contractual obliged to show the final free. If not, they should be.

I think they were originally obliged in the first few years but now they just continue to do it anyway.

You are right though, they should be obliged regardless.

We simply cannot live in a world where spurs are european champions.

I’m very aware that this horror is about to become a reality.
