Also wanted to give huge kudos to BR. While it was probably the VAR decision that sparked the comeback, his change to a diamond at the same time was pivotal. Our three were being outmuscled and overrun by Spurs' three (Maddison and Tielemans were quite poor defensively) but from then on our four bossed their three completely. 

 

Still looks a major mistake not to have signed a game-changing, goal-scoring winger in the  summer.

A genuine quality winger in with this squad and I'd be hugely confident of top 6. It was a massive oversight not to get one in, especially given what we've seen of Perez thus far. 

 

Can see us splashing the cash if we are well placed in January.

This season he seems to be playing deeper, or perhaps with less freedom to go forward. Could be to do with Maddison performing better and being the focus of or attack from midfield. Don’t really all get the Spurs hate to be fair - can’t find it in myself to hate a team that matter so little. 

 

I have to admit, though, that I find them endlessly funny. They truly are the gift that keep giving.

much more positive, plenty of possession and chances.

maddison was outstanding.

Still worrying that we seem unable to  keep a clean sheet. We always look like we've got one brainfart in us each  game that costs a goal.

Against all of this,  we probably couldn't have played them at a better time, they looked flat and tired.

That being said the finest of margins stopped us going to 2-0 down.

We looked much  better and balanced after praett came on,  with maddison behind the front two.

If we maintain this level of defensive solidity over the whole season we will finish top 4. Mind you, we’re going to win the league so no worries really.

Great video that. The good old Leicester fan at around 6.00m followed by the plastic spurs fan (who's from Leicester - and clearly regrets his life choices). Decent Spurs fan (and I don't say that often) after that though.
