LCFC Mt. Rushmore

Recommended Posts

This side of the pond today on Grumpy Pundits, Rodney Marsh and Tommy Smyth were discussing who would go on different club's and country's Mt. Rushmore and seemed like a decent international break distraction. So who would be on the LCFC version.

I'd go Arthur Chandler, Gordon Banks, Steve Walsh, Jamie Vardy.

What say you?

Barry Hayles four times, looking north, west, east and south.

Failing that - Claudio Ranieri, Gordon Banks, Jamie Vardy and Vichai.

I'd feel uncomfortable having a manager on it. I think Pearson contributed most to our recent success but it would be disrespectful to have him over Ranieri. I also think I'd stick to recent players. So I'd go Vichai, Vardy, Morgan and Schmeichel.

Our footballers are immortalised everywhere they go anyway, so let’s go musical...

Enge, Mark “The Mac” Morrison, Tom Meighan and, dependent on how difficult to carve, the lead singers of either  Showaddywaddy or Diesel Park West.

These were names I could pick up by going back to threads from years back.

I'm curious, as an outsider, why don't I ever see Lineker mentioned in these sorts of threads?

cares more about spurs and is a bit of a tw*t, in my opinion at least
