Will FA fine Dele Alli

Haha... Used to be booze, drugs or loose women that ruined careers.

Will these idiotic fools never learn to keep it shut on social media?

No matter what you say to a million people someone will be "offended".

A reporter once asked George Best " where did all the money go George"?

George said "I spent most of it on drink, women and fast cars..... I wasted the rest"

Ahhh simpler times...

He also died a painful, alcohol related death. X

You'd expect a decent fine, probably won't go any further.

Irony of Bobby Madley being sacked for an identical thing with a disabled person.

Alli isn’t employed by the FA or PL though is he. Neither is he in a position where it makes his position untenable.

England team? And that comes from someone who follows England Home and Away.

Or at least ban him from x amount of games, it would never happen but this stuff needs to stop.

But his legend lives on!

+ it was a shaggy dog story adapted to fit any flamboyant personality!

Alli posted a joke on his snap chat site about coronavirus and appeared to mock an Asian man, he as since took the post down.

Will the FA fine him as they did Choudhury

hardly mocked him

just zoomed in on him and said virus gotta try harder to get him whilst wearing a flu mask...

He plays for a club who participate in the PL and as @Ashley pointed out he plays for England as well.

Fines don't discourage anything as footballers generally earn back what they lose within a week or two.

Who said it was impossible to hate spurs even more?

Why the whole of Spurs? Why not just Alli?

It's like someone tarring the whole of the club for the Vardy 'Jap' comment. Not the whole club that's shit is it?

Fans bemoan the lack of characters in football and then want rival players fined or whatever for relatively innocuous things.

He doesn't really come across as the brightest button in the box..

Should feel both ashamed and embarrassed.

Also very over-rated as a footballer, imo.

True, banning him from the England team would be a tremendous bonus going into Euro 2020. We can all hope.

Think there's a difference though, there's character as in how they dress, interview and act etc and there's posting shit like Alli did on social media.

In today's world the shit he posted, especially in his role, isn't deemed acceptable to do.

There's acceptable stuff like Genge in his interview calling out stupid opinions of pundits (I know he was knocked for drinking a beer), which is character yet isn't arguably racist
