This was my thinking. Makes sense for so.eone in maybe France (fofana) to go to Germany to complete the medical.

Just had a quick dig and saw that Germany U21s are playing Andorra in Wiesbaden (which is half an hour away from Frankfurt) in EURO qualifiers. Could be somebody from that squad?

Just to poke the bear but...Luka Jovic spent 2 season in Frankfurt. Perhaps he suggested that location? 

 

He is also not on international duty. It’s happening!!
