Just noticed Atalanta's badge tonight;

Atalanta B.C. - Wikipedia

The vertical elipse, and the stylish head, like a 1920s art decco car mascot. A thing of beauty.

I'm never quite sure what that's meant to be. It looks like a dog wearing a hat, smoking a pipe.

potentially controversial take but wolves have the best badge in english football

Nah.  Too basic, ugly border, and besides it looks more like an angry Alf than a wolf. You be the judge:

In defence of the wolf: this big bad animal is more prey than predator

Bias aside, there really aren't many better than ours in England.

Always liked Norwich's, but is it meant to be a giant canary on a normal sized football or a regular canary on a tiny football?

Is it meant to be a football? I thought they'd just put some glue on a pebble.
