Sadly since early 2016 and having kids, I can't legislate for staying until bang on the final whistle and then it taking me an extra 30+ minutes to get out and get home. I usually walk down the stairs very slowly and piss numerous people off and then leg it at the final whistle but for some reason I'd fcuked it off and heard the roar and was dancing in the street on my way back.

Apparently George best did 5 minutes early to get to the pub and no im not joking.

Never cheered louder or jumped higher than when that hit the back of the net, it was the moment we clinched the title for me, nothing was going to stop us.

I’d love a print of when stokes hits the winning runs in the World Cup. The one when he’s throwing his arms back, head back and the crowd going up in celebration behind him. I’ve not seen it anywhere and was hoping it was going to be on there when I saw the section. It would look great in my footy room where I hole up to watch/listen to City.

Never celebrated a goal more than that one. Ok it turned out Spurs would implode but at the time it seemed massive. Leo was such a cult hero for us, scored some huge goals. That penalty was the ballsiest I've ever seen, just ****ing walloped it into the corner.

I think the one you're thinking about is the Ashes test, when Stokes & Leach put on 70 odd or something for the last wicket , Leach got 1 run, Stokes hit a ton &  you're right he hit a four to win the test & stood arms a loft. The World Cup victory was at Lord's & England were fielding when they won, running out the NZ batsman, as he was attempting a 2nd run of the last ball of the super over.
