Ditto. Cleese and Gilliam are in their 80s now and Idle and Palin are 77, they all do seem in decent health for now. Gilliam’s got at least a couple more films in him, I hope.

And I loved Gerry & his pacemakers....He was liked Not just by L'pool fans...

If opposing fans, even in Dark Days of hoolies,came together, it was often this Song that did it...

Twice I have Witnessed City & Liverpool fans Sing it has one...once at Villa..semi-Final FA cup

and when Filbert street Really sent chivers through my spine, when the whole stadium vibrated with this anthem,

When City came from 0-2 down to win 3-2, thanks to Two 'Ws' 

The Magic Legend of Weller &  a  best ever career  performance of ( man in a  suit case)   Alan Woollet .

 

A name a song,that Followed me through my  life,in all those  far corners of the world..

Yellow-submarine,Sweet-caroline,Dambusters,Great Escape theme, National Anthems of our 3 neighbours have graced all sport grounds,

But YNWA is just deeper Set & recognised World wide...Renditions from folk who cant even speak English,but can Sing the First Lines of YNWA..

Uncanny...

My favourite ever none Leicester player. Had the great pleasure of meeting him at the Etihad, February 2016 when we won 3-1. RIP Nijinsky.

One of the best of his  era, und Maybe Top 5-8,When chosing best English midfielders...
