Yes, they said on commentary that McKiernan had broken the record for the worst T20 bowling figures.

That was brutal hitting.

 

Taunton must be a wonderful place to watch cricket- a ground with a church nearby is glorious.

It’s right in the town. That score isn’t surprising though cos the boundaries seem short there - remember when England played T20 there’s score was high

Agree. Plus the ground is nearly always full and the atmosphere good. Hope Somerset win the title next week. They're the only non test ground county to make it. 

 

That must be the biggest win ever in T20  - by 191 runs!!

Excellent bowling yes but its not been a great start for Buttler as captain and the new coach. 

Was surprised to see him in the line up to be honest. T20 specialist for me. Brook or Hain should be in for 50 over cricket

To be fair to him, he's been coming into the crease way too early after top order fails. Probably puts an end to any test cricket questions for now though.

Of course, not ideal!

 

He has value with the ball too which probably keeps him in the one day squad, and also with the extremely strong batting tail we can afford to have a potential flair hit/miss kind of player in..... unless things like today happen lol

Perfect bowling conditions. Both captains would’ve bowled. It’s overcast at Surrey.

Ah fair enough.

 

I guess it isn't as sunny today despite the heat (again not as hot as yesterday)

 

Plus India's attack isn't too shabby anyway.

 

Still 110 all out is pretty disappointing.

Given where England were at 5 and then 7  down, 110 turned out much higher than expected.
