Winchesterfox Posted 9 October 2022 Posted 9 October 2022 If I got sacked from my job for poor performance, I wouldn't get a pay out. Why is football different?
South Shire Fox Posted 9 October 2022 Posted 9 October 2022 Wont be giving another penny to the club until hes sacked 4

You can't sell what nobody wants to buy. I mean they didn't want to sign new contracts, and I'm blaming that on not wanting to be here, and I'm blaming that on Rodgers.

Lots of players are now choosing to run down their contracts. It's not unique a problem to just Leicester City or Brendan Rodgers. It's the way football is going. The players want control over their next career move. Now that doesn't necessarily mean that there isn't an issue between BR and some players (I firmly believe some sort of rift has gone on between BR and Soyuncu).

Yeah but I'd say if they liked the manager and the football they'd be tempted to stay. Puel got loads of players signing new contracts. This lot want to get out the door asap.

foxfanazer Posted 9 October 2022 Posted 9 October 2022 It's got to the stage where I hope this completely destroys his reputation in the game. No way should he be looking at getting a good Premier league job next. **** off back to a one team league 2

I'm sure they would be tempted, just not as tempted as by a big fat signing-on fee that comes with a free transfer.

Unfortunately don’t think it will happen though Absolutely no chance. Would be delighted if they proved me wrong but he's here until the World Cup at least I think. Gamble92 Posted 9 October 2022 Posted 9 October 2022 It's quite obvious he will get the Palace game and it'll be a Forest game type of scenario

Dan Posted 9 October 2022 Posted 9 October 2022 If we need to lose to Palace to get rid then we need to lose. But I do think regardless, even when he goes, we've revealed some major issues that are beyond Rodgers in the last couple of months. 1

Palace doesn't hold the same gravitas as Forest. Let alone it being a night game. Can't remember the last 12.30 Saturday game we won.
Cincinnati Fox Posted 9 October 2022 Posted 9 October 2022 Passing for passing sake!!!! get dychy in now!!!!! 2
TMELcfc Posted 9 October 2022 Posted 9 October 2022 Really surprised this is carrying on for another week. We want to go down it seems
HybridFox Posted 9 October 2022 Posted 9 October 2022 Get the feeling Ranieri's 16/17 and Puel's 18/19 teams would beat us right now. That's saying something
tom27111 Posted 9 October 2022 Posted 9 October 2022 Don't know if anyone else has said this, they might have. The win against Forest kind of reminds me of the 4-0 we had against Leeds the year we went down. They were shit, we're shit. 1
foxfanazer Posted 9 October 2022 Posted 9 October 2022 Are we back to being a rugby city now? Cheers Brendan
