I had an issue with logging in and within 24hes my account was sorted. This was part way through the Wembley sale so a busy time 

seems others have significant issues

They did publicise it a fair bit, on most FA cup ticket sections they've said about it, a press release followed, then a tweet and an email about it. I think you've just managed to miss them all mate

Our club is very well run, Jim and the people who work with him do what they can but it's part of the club that is quite poor indeed, whether these staff need more help meaning jobs should be created so be it or whether the staff need upgrading.

Couldn't you just email the @help thing??  They always get back to you

If you have a cup final ticket then you wouldn't have been eligible for the Spurs ballot.

Same time FA cup tickets go out, so if there’s any problems once again you have no chance of getting through to the ticket office
