I get the feeling the club have decided to take the hit with PSR and wait for everything to level out with the wage budget.

Selling KDH now is probably gonna cost us more in points than a second breach and him having a good season at this level will add 15m on to his value. I don't think selling Nelson for £5m or whatever will be of any benefit either.

As a business owner, you simply have to be more risk averse than this. KDH really is replaceable. He had a good season, last term, but we have to comply with PSR. His sale, even on the cheap, should solve that. There are ‘number 10s’ out there, currently available for less (which btw can be paid for from July, new financial year). It would be a shame, as he is Leicester through and through, and I love him, but needs must.

If he second breach is -3 though is selling him really beneficial in the long run? Like I said he will be worth more next season too more than likely.

I just find it disgusting the only way out of this is to sell our youth players. Just look at Forests squad now compared to the one they went up with. Absolutely nothing for the fans to relate to. We are gonna end up like that.

I can't see him going to anyone in the Premier League.  Newcastle & Villa both got similar issues to us, albeit not as bad.  So his options are basically Spurs, Man U or Chelsea if he wants a progressive club, any other club I'm assuming he thinks is a sidewards step.

So he'll need to move abroad if we are going to sell, then who's got £30m to spend on him in Europe.

He is a United fan, so he could fancy a move there?

Issues with your plan..

You have amto tell the potential incoming new manager we are having to sell our star player

We are not sure of the figures

£20M Minus loyalty fees and agents fees..

Will KDH want to leave ?

Is there a club that has £20m+ to spend paid upfront on a single  player in this window who would want KDH?

Most clubs will be looking  to sell not buy.

There will be very few significant transfers this window with all clubs watching their spending.

Unfortunately I fear your plan is floored and not as simple as you think.

They don’t need to pay the 20m up front, however they pay it, it counts as 20m for us this financial year as it relates to then, even if actually paid later

Couldn’t agree more. That’s why PSR is bobbins. The best way to comply is to sell academy products - absolutely ludicrous

If we get relegated (very likely), the second breach may be imposed on us back in the EFL. They will want to hurt us, because they, like the EPL, have had their nose put out of joint by our attitude towards them and the rules. They’ll try to throw as big a points deduction at us as possible. As there is little precedent, it could be anything tbf!

He would have been the ideal future Leicester captain, can't knock his drive and enthusiasm, and surrendered with a one or two quality players with up and coming youngsters from the academy. At the moment we haven't really any one in charge on the pitch and everyone just doing there own thing

Always felt he was overrated by pundits etc and a lot of fans. Technically lacking but I’d still have him first choice in this team easily

Fits perfectly in a midfield 3, not sure he’d fit our current set up. No obvious space for him so thanks for the memories (and saving PSR!) but personally I’d move on. Plus I bet he’s on a wedge now.

As others have said, not sure where he'd fit now if a January loan was on option as we already have Winks, Ndidi and Skipp for the deeper positions and Buonanotte and El Khannouss for the positions further forward.

Would love him back though but wages could also be a problem. Can't see Chelsea doing us any favours either.

The Chelsea move is a complete disaster; yes he's on more money, yes it's a bigger club but for crying out loud he's a reserve team player - and he's better than that.

I don't think he went for money. He went to push himself as far as he can. You owe it to yourself to give it a go. Not many are like Vards who worked out he was best as an agitator, a rebel.

I don't think he'll seek a move. But Chelsea may well force him out. And if so, I suspect he'll end up at another PL team.

Please KDH not to that red filth! He couldn't could he?!
