Last season spent they spent €70m on Arthur (though that was a dodgy deal with Pjanic)

I know the 9 who changed their minds had miserly financial punishments. However, Juventus, Barcelona and Real Madrid have remained firm in their commitment to the project. It is likely UEFA will grow a pair and ban them, alongside a transfer ban and fine. Well perhaps not.

They've spent 200-250m Euros on Melo, de Light and Higuain in recent years, so they aren't scared of spending. Just depends what their current situation is and whether they are cashing out on anyone. I could see us accepting a £55m+ bid form a foreign team, especially if the player says he wants to go. 1
