I don't think he would agree. I think he likes players that can keep possession with accurate passing and a high degree of technical ability. I don't think that Nacho quite fits that bill and that is why Rodger's doesn't seem to rate him and even played Perez ahead of him when Vardy was injured. I just don't think that Rodgers is convinced despite all of his goals. Just my own gut feeling on the matter.

Lambert09 Posted 15 June 2021 Posted 15 June 2021 In all honesty, I genuinely think in order for a 5 at the back system to work you can’t have a Dm as well. it was okay while we were patching over cracks but if that’s the system going forward I can’t say I’m excited about essentially 6 at the back.
