Patson Daka

We’ve been linked to a few full backs.

And we have Ricardo and Justin and Thomas and Castange...

Recovering from ACL, out until Christmas, inexperienced (apart from an FA Cup Final assist) and a double fracture of eye socket. Our full backs don't seem to have much luck.:(

Still no confirmed interest from a reputable source

Seen a few sources here saying he is off to Liverpool.

Red Bull Salzburg striker Patson Daka has rejected interest from West Ham as the race to sign him hots up, Football Insider has learned.

But his camp has let it be known he has his sights set on a move to a higher-level club in the newly-opened window.

Daka has also snubbed the possibility of a transfer to French club Monaco.

This. From having probably the best squad of full backs in the league, one retired, two crocked, leaving one still recovering match sharpness and a kid.

Oh and big dan of course assuming he is not sold.

Wonder if he sees Leicester as big enough? In essence we are only playing in the same European competition as West Ham although we have won trophies more recently. We  have world class training facilities as well as a great manager and owners.

Belvoir Drive definitely held us back in spite of our PL success and attracting really top talent. Seagrave should hopefully be a dealbreaker for any player now choosing between us and other non “big six” from now on, and should show players we mean ****ing business if it’s between us and an elite club.

Chelsea? :nono:

I can’t see them going for Daka, although he has potential to be quality he is too much of a risk when they are after someone who will guarantee them goals

Can see them being more likely to splash the cash on one of the big world class strikers like Kane who would probably be cheaper than Haaland by about £50m

I do wonder if this is the window when Roman finally goes head-to-head with Qatar in a galactico-spend-off-athon

There is no way Harry will leave Spurs for Chelsea.

One of the biggest if not the biggest hatred, currently in English football.

Going to the bridge would ruin any relationship he has with the spurs fans that idolise him.

He wouldn't do it, surely 😕

Suspect so, but sure a fair portion of their fans would hang it on Levy instead
