you know the ticket office reading this thread saying "FFS I told you we'd pitched them too cheap, should have gone for £90"

They are saving that for the next round

The way the did the CL tickets was poor as there was little communication. And I'm saying that as a beneficiary of it being a member, it meant I got to go to all the home group games. Even so, I found it ridiculous that ST holders weren't constantly asking the ticket office about the CL tickets so kind of their fault too that they missed out.

But there is absolutely nothing to complain about here. Great deal to make some brilliant memories

The pricing for adults is good. But for under 12s to be £19, that's also really good. You only have to look at some away ticket pricing to know how clubs take the mick on kids pricing. So well done on the club for keeping children's prices very reasonable too.

The Club is Asking Season Ticket holders to commit to buying 3 tickets for the Europa League group games before a draw has even been made, this is a scandal

it’s holding us to ransom, the club is not allowing us to go game by game they are charging us a small fortune to sit in seats we have paid for already and making us pay for 3 games up front some of whom we can’t attend and can’t pass on the tickets owing to the Covid regulations

it’s very badly thought out by the club and it’s putting a huge amount of pressure on people

disgusted and have emailed them to say so today 😡

I think your about the only person who thinks this. Wheres the fiasco? Giving plenty of notice at a good price. The club cant see the future in who we will be playing so have given notice so people can raise the funds if need be. Would you moan if they announced it just before the 1st game? Are you only interested in going if we get a 'glamour' group? I for one dont care who we play as we're in Europe. Some of our supporters have become so self entileted like we are european regulars just enjoy it ffs.

You bought a season ticket for 19 PL games a season. So no, you have not 'already paid for' your seat at a Europa league game.

£70 for 3 games is about as good a price as you can expect, so there's not much to complain about there. We'll probably have more expensive single-game tickets for the league cup this season against championship sides... Part of the discount will be because you're buying 'in bulk' with 3 tickets at once - which isn't a bad trade-off when most fans will want to attend all three games anyway.

The only gripe is that the fixture dates aren't confirmed yet as we don't know which games will be home and away. But really, that's no different to when you bought your season ticket before the fixtures were released (and well before TV schedules moved them again). If anything, there's a bit more security in those dates as you know each game will be on one of two Thursday nights.

As others have said; the club is supposedly trialling out an official ticket return/resale scheme this year so if you buy it and then can't attend you'll have the option of getting money back for it. Covid regulations may prevent you passing on the ticket unofficially, but if you go through the club then it shouldn't be an issue at all.

I think its fine and the £70 price at £23.33 is pretty good value for money in a relatively unique competition for us.

An away day out would be easily £70.

A home game with beers would probably be £50+ depending on where you sit.

Yep the fixture dates aren't confirmed for H or A, and also the time 5.45pm & 8pm, 5.45pm Thursday night could be a real problem for many, hopefully as the top English side we might get at least 2 of the 8pm's (if there's  a clash) or best if West Ham's home's are when we are away.

If the resale scheme works then the club are again trying to help fans out, as some say there are times when ticketing shoots itself in the foot but as fans we are being given a decent shake here.

It won't matter if West hams games are home or away - it's done to maximise TV scheduling so one of us will have the early slot of available.

We will have at least one of the early slots for a home game. Hopefully like last year it will be one early and two late.

The irony is our fans will moan if we get put in a hard group but won't want to commit to buying tickets in case we get drawn with a load of Scottish teams.

Are we actually going to be 'partnered' with another side in the draw? I think kick off times will be random for us.

I think all of our home games will be the 8.00 kick off.

Wow, and here’s me thinking the package is a great deal. If you don't want to commit then don’t buy it. Wait for the draw then buy tickets on an individual basis. Problem for you is you’ll pay more. Not sure why you’re complaining to the club. It’s an ‘early bird’ bargain. Take it or dont……

They will try and make sure the away games are early kick offs. Like us last season. UEFA will want to ensure the home fixtures at 8 to satisfy broadcasters

Pricing is good but why the need to pay for all 3 in one go?

Just a FYI,

I cant see fans being allowed to travel for September fixtures in Champions League or Europa League. My group were just about to book Hungary/Poland away with England, just had it confirmed that FIFA/UEFA aren't letting fans travel/not allowing host nation to give an allocation of tickets.

On a brighter note, we might have a full capacity King Power and everyone who wants a ticket can get one with their being no away fans.

Just watching all of that unfold on Twitter. I suspected it would be the case and would prefer that they broke this as a rule for the year rather than a month at a time so we can all plan.

I’ve saved 3 weeks annual leave for the trips.

To make sure they sell tickets to all games regardless who the opposition is

Just screams greed to me, we done the same with the CL games and they said last time they'd never adapt that approach again.... oh well.

How can it be greed? I’ve hardly seen a complaint about the price

edit: even you said the price was good so I don’t understand the greed comment

How dont you understand it? The club said last time they weren't going to adapt that approach again and they have. Just constant wanting money off people all the time, some might not be able to do it?

Yeah it’s such a strange approach for a football club to take asking for money in exchange for tickets to a football game
