Just shows that, for all the annoyance at last night, even a point in Warsaw keeps it in our own hands and a win, coupled with the expected Napoli beating of Spartak, would've been enough.

...third gets you the Conference...it will be additional games in our season, for little reward!!!

Winning the Conference still gets you back into Europa if you win it, which with how our season is currently going could be a very good way to ensure we still have some European football again next season

Cheers, yeah, I wasn't sure how it works with the Conference thing. I think you posted a list of the teams (potential) before but I couldn't find it.

Already doing Rome for the Napoli game, would make it quite easy if we got Roma

If you are wondering why there is seven teams for the Conference League, it’s because Spurs are the eighth and we can’t draw an English team at this stage

Beat Warsaw and we are guaranteed 3rd place whatever the other results.

I had thought the same and then had to give myself a slap as based on our current form I’m not sure why anyone would assume we would beat the likes of Roma, Copenhagen, Spurs or Basel (& others) over 2 legs on the way to ECL glory!
