Hahaha if only we'd held on vs Napoli, they'd be facing an embarrassing exit.

Don't think we want a Legia win really. If they win then they are virtually through meaning a three way.  fight for one place. Surely better to have 4 teams still competing for 2 places? Draw I think.

I'd almost be inclined to say forget catching Napoli. Let's just focus on getting out of the group. 

 

If we actually get back to form and confidence then there isn't anyone in the tournament we should be afraid of, even drop outs from the CL. 

 

Two extra fixtures isn't ideal but isn't the end of the world and there'd never be ant shame missing out to Napoli.

Would'nt be surprised to see us and Napoli on 10 point after 5 games and the final game be winner takes all.

 

Pretty confident we beat both Moscow and Legia at home.

Their fans aren’t bothered. Would prefer a result on Sunday from what I’ve read - their league form is atrocious

Good thing for is that we now have 2 home games coming up against Spartak and Legia. Two wins would take us to 10 points and  pretty much guarantee us progress.

To be fair I alway thought we qualify on the back of our home games, our away record in Europe is pretty poor. 

 

Played 15, Lost 8, Draw 3, won 4 (One of those was against Glenavon) 

 

Still find it hard to believe we have now played 29 games in Europe.

Unfortunately the carrot of finishing top and skipping the round of 32 means this wont happen

Napoli's main focus is the league after an unbelievable start. Not that they won't try and compete in more than just 1 competition but the Europa League regularly sees big names have shockers from the off and then find it difficult to raise the motivation to try and turn it around. 

 

They really ought to win these next 3 games but wouldn't surprise me if Spartak cause them problems in Moscow with Promes and Ponce fit. That said, I'm not so sure we'd want to go in to that last game needing a result just to qualify, what we ideally want is to need a result to win the group but that qualification is already pretty much secure.
