Yeah ok he might boot it out of play every so often but his saves literally won us our first ever FA cup, show some respect.

grow up, I have said if we want to play this style the keeper needs to be able, Kasper can't so the manager has a choice, change the style or change the keeper, because doing this isn't working, teams know they just need to stand off and let us dick around at the back and wait for the **** up

I think Ward is way ahead of Hamer, at least he is an international standard goalkeeper.

 

As for Kasper it would be better for him to handover the captain's armband so he can concentrate on his more important role between the sticks.

 

It is difficult to marshall the whole side from your own goal and as a result his game is suffering.

Agreed. I think the difference between their distribution is negligent but goalkeepers are primarily there to goalkeep and Kasper is better at that. Simple.

does it really though? the shot stopping is more eye catching but the other is what he spends most of his time doing. I'd sooner we stopped dicking around but if we are going to play that way we need to get a keeper that can, that's why Pep bombed out Joe Hart, you need to be ruthless otherwise play a system that suits what you have

When ever I've seen Ward play his distribution is better than kaspers, but it'd be a brave manager to drop him, he's captain and deserves to go through this season, if would have to be really bad for him to get the hook

I'd like it if he started just twatting it long instead of trying to be Ederson and nobbing it out of play in good areas for our opposition. Rarely ever see opposition keepers kick it out of play as much as Kasper.

 

Not time for Ward though. Ward should get more cup games though, he's quite good.

Distribution is a big weakness, always has been but we are a long way from looking at replacing him, still an exceptional shot stopper and a massive leader on and off the pitch.

He has such a good strong kick when he puts his boot through it but his chip passes are very poor. Smash it son!!

 

Wish he was better in the air like Pope. The way he collected the ball with ease on occasions takes away so much pressure.
