Dan Posted 4 January 2022 Posted 4 January 2022 This would be perfection the bloke should be at Leyton Orient. He's washed.

FoxFossil Posted 4 January 2022 Posted 4 January 2022 Can we ban other teams scouts until this deal is done? 2
Pliskin Posted 5 January 2022 Posted 5 January 2022 Let’s say this is genuine and not some none rumour. I would genuinely ask Chelsea for Sarr as part of the deal. They won’t see us as a challenger this season and he barely plays, plus he’s exactly the profile of player we want.

surrifox Posted 5 January 2022 Posted 5 January 2022 Everton reportedly looking for around £30 mill for Digne ( a possible target) so it’s unlikely they’ll pay that for a back up ( and rules us out too) so that’s one rival hopefully sidelined - it’s on! 1

He seems to have a lot of time to play as he does not appear to be under much pressure when on the ball. His ball winning skills makes me cast a doubt about him, he may put a foot in to stop a play but fortunately the ball breaks to a team-mate and I am sure that was not what he sought to do. Heading is not his strength as there is little distance with defensive headers and they tend to be weak. Probably the quality he has around him, but I would say no in this instance.
RowlattsFox Posted 5 January 2022 Posted 5 January 2022 I feel like i've missed a joke or something when I see people appearing to consider this might be true Ryan Bertrand is about as far away from what Chelsea want from a left back/wing back as possible...
burleighfox Posted 5 January 2022 Posted 5 January 2022 This just in - Chelsea appear to have lost the plot.

Spudulike Posted 5 January 2022 Posted 5 January 2022 Rumour is that Chelsea have been refused permission to recall Emerson from his loan at Lyon. They're going to need a left back until Chilwell returns. Hmmm, interesting.
Pliskin Posted 5 January 2022 Posted 5 January 2022 Surely they go for Digne? Unless all they want is a disposable asset? Seems very odd….
Lesta Legend Posted 5 January 2022 Posted 5 January 2022 Chelsea I think will get Digne. We’re stuck with him. 1
surrifox Posted 5 January 2022 Posted 5 January 2022 Can’t see why Digne would agree to join them as 3rd choice LB behind Alonso and Chilwell ( unless Chillers is seen as a long term absentee)

They don't need anything permanent really. All they'll be looking for is a loan/ someone on a 1 year deal. Digne isn't going to agree to something like that. 26 minutes ago, surrifox said: Can’t see why Digne would agree to join them as 3rd choice LB behind Alonso and Chilwell ( unless Chillers is seen as a long term absentee) Chilwell is going to be out until summer at least before he can even properly start recovery. If he makes the WC squad it'd be a miracle. As for Alonso, he is a defensive liability. Good going forward mind, but Salah showed us the other day what skilled forwards will do to the man. So it isn't unreasonable for Chelsea to be sniffing around.

Will be a shame to lose his talents here but there you go!😎 1
