If people are interested in a really strenuous link, apparently we had scouts watching Jack Armer for Burton Albion against Lincoln last night.

 

This is very much a story from my mate who went to Lincoln last night and got chatting to some random bloke who told him this, I'm not claiming this is credible in any way.

I've literally never heard of the player but apparently he's a left back and "pretty good", so that's encouraging!

Got his first assist of the season so not a bad audition lol 

 

Plays LWB/LM in a 3-4-3/3-5-2 for them

I've seen him play once. Had quite a good game though he did score an unlucky own goal

Quite a good game whilst scoring an own goal probably still puts him ahead of Luke Thomas!

Doesn't appear to be overly strong going forward at a lower level but if he can at least defend and be competent supporting the attack then that would be a plus.

Szmodics will come with a bit of a chunky loan fee that Derby will probably be able to afford as they are rumoured to be selling Ageymang.

I would not want a job in our Recruitment Team, they are always so very busy and active checking out all the incoming talent.  Must be 24/7……..not for me this job.

He didn't even confirm that the guy worked for Leicester or anything like that, I would say it'd be a weird lie though.
