The good thing is Brendan obviously knows that the only way to win this game is to score more than them. We should see a lot of attacking football. Also I’m usually supportive of our players but Vestergaard is ****ing wank!!!

I was going to say he's done surprisingly well so far but isn't known for his discipline in his natural position so it doesn't bode well if we're looking to him to be our most disciplined defender.

I suppose, if I'm looking very hard for the bright side - at least they've got one back before we had a chance to make subsitutions and change to a system that tries to protect a 2 goal lead. That never ends well.

He’s barely been fit. Lad hasn’t been able to get going again since his injury. Once he gets a run together he will be back to his best against

I’m willing to give Vesty the benefit of the doubt - let’s see what he can do after a good preseason.

 

His distribution is decent.
