Does anyone know why we got rid of Dave Rennie?

Well whatever the reasons (we can all guess at those and probably be very close to the mark), it makes a mockery of Rodgers reasoning at the time.

Brandan, a yes man to keep doing what you are doing and someone who won’t challenge you, won’t fix the injury problem.

Would prefer Dr Who, as he can take us back in time to before 4pm last Sunday.

So many theories on here about that.  I see Nige has taken him in at Bristol City so it will be interesting to track and compare their injury record over the last half of this season.

Interesting because less than a year and a half ago Rodgers said we didn't need a head physio we needed  club doctor.

I know 3 of their 4 senior centre mids are injured currently

King is out for the season after 2 different hamstring operations, James is having recurring foot issues, the other centre mid is having hamstring issues

Also had quite a few hamstring injuries throughout the squad this season as well

Rodgers had it all his own way for the first two years in terms of people and personnel. It appears that's changing now.

Doesn’t take a genius to have a good guess and probably be spot on. They disagreed on workloads, and we end up with a bundle of injuries when he’s over ruled. Rodgers doesn’t like being wrong and ships him out.

Rumours about congerton and toure suggest an overhaul is afoot.

We do have a club doctor / head of medicine - who Richmond would still be working under

We do currently yes.

Hiring a head physio wasn't part of the plan when we hired a doc. Be interesting to see if anyone leaves over the next few months.

Suggests that those above are starting to take back some power/control from BR.

Wonder if the overhaul will be both on and off the pitch

Absolutely no point keeping Rodgers then. Maybe this is deliberate to save them from paying huge compensation to Rodgers, try and push him out in the summer but I suspect he'd never resign and what other club would pay the compensation due? So regardless of what we're doing behind the scenes, get him gone as well. Sell Castagne, buy Ramsay and the money left over pay to Rodgers in coppers and 5 p's. Just dump it on his drive.

I mean Matty James could keep any physio in work for the foreseeable future.
