We'll sell Tielimans and Barnes in the Summer for proper money and hopefully get a credible replacement for Evans + ££ change

KDH will fill in relatively seamlessly for YT, possibly an improvement based on the direction their performances are going

Rodgers may realise that virtually all of LCFC success (MON onwards) has been when quality wingbacks have forced the managers hand and played positively not as a back 5

JJ, Castagne ,Thomas, (Bertrand) will provide good enough wing play as well as being able to defend. This will also force his hand to play 2 out of the 3 strikers together and he'll be seen as a tactical genius

After the next 3 games, 11 of our final 15 fixtures will be against teams currently below us in the table, with only 1 game left against the runaway top 3. This could be a positive but equally could go the other way, I suppose.

Positives:

- Away trip to Randers coming up, hopefully smash them and hopefully a fun/interesting trip to Feyenoord, Basel, Roma or LASK before probably being knocked out

- Away games against Burnley (albeit midweek), Old trafford and the new spurs ground (which i went to for the Joshua fight and it is amazing)

- It is so good being able to go to games and talk sh1t to family and friends again, all the pre match excitement etc. I look back at highligts from the behind closed doors games, it was so depressing

Your post was going quite until you mentioned Bertrand. Are you advocating Vestergaard ad one of the 3 CB's too? :)

Every day that passes is a day closer to seeing little Wes back in our defence.

...it is not going to matter if you insist on decisions such as, playing Nacho up front on his own!!!

We all know his limitations regarding leading the line, but perhaps Rodgers hasn't picked up on it yet. Sometimes you would think Rodgers has never watched us play as he keeps repeating the same errors in judgment  in respect of formation and personnel.

Why would you have omitted KDH from that team on Sunday, getting back control of the game meant getting hold of the ball and we should have shored up the midfield and build from there.

I am by inclination against sacking BR at this time but it is certainly worrying that he consistently loses the tactical battles to other sides’ managers the most egregious example  in recent memory apart from Sunday was the way we set up second half against Villa

All true but look at the title of this therapy thread! 😀

Sadly, after those ‘next 3 games’, I’m not sure there will be enough teams still below us for this to remain factually accurate. 😞

The only positive for me last night is that I was on TV.

The handsome chap in the wooly hat, behind the blonde.

I think I was also captured laughing as Andy Robertson collided with the post right in front of me and, most impressively, telling Roberto Firmino to "F*** off" lol

I believe that's my first TV appearance since the 2012 FA Cup quarter final against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge where my highlight was giving Juan Mata the willy puller gesture as he took a corner.

I'm slowly building a showreel
