It’s been a great ride but we’re in for a big of Premier League mid table knockings most likely. Pre-season Vardy generally started in the first half and didn’t do much. In the second half we generally used Daka and Iheanacho in a two and we were more dangerous.

It is, but it seems every week we play we know we need to score 3 to win, we concede 2 goals every game and it’s just not constructive really to make any progress

Ric Flair Posted 20 February 2022 Posted 20 February 2022 Whys he stopped ever playing Daka and Iheanacho together when arguably neither are at their best up front on their own? So frustrating! 2
ronnup Posted 20 February 2022 Posted 20 February 2022 Starting to think we can't blame Rodgers. Just players being shit half the time. 1
Cadno'r Cymoedd Posted 20 February 2022 Posted 20 February 2022 At least this will be a moral victory. 🙄 Unfortunately they don't give points for them or write them in the records books.

Mark 'expert' Lawrenson Posted 20 February 2022 Posted 20 February 2022 Really don’t fancy us in a relegation scrap, so soft, timid and nice.
yorkie1999 Posted 20 February 2022 Posted 20 February 2022 (edited) We are fvcking shite. Best training ground in the world. Whoopie di do. Don’t buy is wind does it. 45000 seater stadium….. wow, amazing, still won’t buy us wins. Fvckin pathetic Edited 20 February 2022 by yorkie1999

No player is perfect, so you build a team to protect the weaknesses to a degree. We all know that Kasper isn’t dominant in the air, that’s why for years we put dominant centre backs in front of him. Our recent recruitment hasn’t done like this. Our tactics aren’t set up like this. We’re our own worst enemy really.

Its a scandal that last seasons top scorer can’t get on the pitch He's clearly not a lone striker though. Neither is Kel. Not sure Brendan wants to risk playing them both together for a full 90 at this point or even hace them on the pitch at the same time.
Guest Chocolate Teapot Posted 20 February 2022 Posted 20 February 2022 Got worse since we made the changes.
hebangsthedrums Posted 20 February 2022 Posted 20 February 2022 we've played ok but this wolves team are mediocre at best. Standard of the league this year is poor - in a better season, we'd be teetering on the brink

The results would come. Playing shockingly and spawning a few results isn't sustainable. As we've been seeing for almost a year.
