Fair play to Sam. Amazing voice and seems like a likeable guy.

 

We sent crap song after crap song for years then moaned about people only not voting for us because they don’t like us.

 

Just shows if we send a genuinely talented singer we get the votes just like everyone else does. Would’ve won in a normal year.

Best Eurovision I have watched, even though I thought we were harshly done in the end.
 

I just don’t think our chance will come again like it did tonight, he is a true professional singer and nailed the song. Depends if more like him are willing to take that chance.

Oooh, voting irregularities being investigated, a kind of VAR that will reveal that not only were Ukraine offside, they caught the ball, head butted the centre half then slam dunked the ball into the goal.

Thought it was suss how many countries representatives couldn’t get through on camera, it’s not like it’s 1968 or they got their equipment from Alpha Discounts.

even if they didn’t get through on a live stream the voting is known a few minutes before so it can all be entered into the system

It was so enthralling I burnt my nuggets in the oven (painful) forgot all about them. Currently breaking teeth trying to consume ketchup drenched lumps of charcoal. AND I left the pork pie in the fridge that I’d bought especially for the voting part. It was THAT good.
