  • Log in to your LCFC account first.
  • From the email LCFC sent, follow the link "CLICK HERE TO SUBMIT YOUR PREFERENCE FOR YOUR 2022/23 SEASON TICKET"
  • Click on the Yellow "Buy" button.
  • Click on the Blue "Delivery Method Selection".
  • Click on Yellow "Select" button that should appear.
  • Select the quantity of "Season Card" you need, I picked 2 as I look after my Sons and my tickets.
  • Click on Yellow Add to Basket button.
  • I then had to allocate the 2 cards, one to me and the other one to my son by clicking on the black "Owner" names.
  • Scroll down and Click on the Yellow "proceed to checkout"
  • Click on Next.
  • Accept the T&C's
  • Click on the Yellow "Submit" button.
  • All done

It says choose from one of the above, but there isn't a one of the above. It also says buy, click that and it it sends me to a site to purchase a NFC, i think it should say NFG

Where's the option for mobile ticket? although i don't want one, how do i know i'm selecting a card if there isn't an option for the other method.

When you proceed to checkout you have the choice udner delivery options. Or at least I did.

Have you clicked the link from the LCFC '22/23 Season Ticket Delivery Method' email?

 

If so:

 

  • Click Buy

  • Click Delivery Method (this now allows you to press select)

  • Click Select

  • Choose the quantity of Mobile Tickets or Season Cards you want to allocate then add to basket

Allocate your owner / owners and proceed to checkout agreeing to the T&C's etc.

Thanks for the help! I was a bit cautious about moving from one page to the next as it looked like it had defaulted to the mobile option, but once I progressed through the pages it was straight forward.

Not only do they want to kick me out of my seat , they won’t let me renew either….

my seat is already allocated to someone ?🤷‍♂️
 

am I right in thinking guys that those that managed to renew and relocate, have already chosen their new seat in SK1 ???

Nope, you can't ask to relocate until a later date. My understanding is that all of the singing section is on hold for now and you have to register to say you would like to be within that section. My recollection is that they are then giving preference to people who already are located in the relevant seats, before then opening it up to others who have applied to be there. If you go onto the ticket site and then season tickets, there's a link to the application on there.

Wow there's no basking in any superiority. I'm just surprised there's so many issues being brought up. Well aware there may be the odd issue but it doesn't seem complicated.

I clicked through it to renew mine in under a minute, very simple process and no problems at all.

 

Do some people try and make out it’s difficult because that’s the trend now?

 

Then again this is Foxes Talk where any slight excuse to bring the club down seems to be the norm.

I thought it was a mess the way you had to choose a card or phone ticket from the email link. A lot more complicated than it needed to be

Mark their accounts to state they don’t have a smart phone, as it says in the info

Good for you, but unless they actually changed the page layout since this morning, you had to basically guess and gamble on the first page. After that is was fine. But the first page was a laughable piece of nonsensical shite. And I have the screen shot to prove it.

No one can renew in that section yet. If you want to be in singing section you have to complete the application form for that, we will then be able to select seats from Tuesday 7th June before they are released to people who have applied to move from other areas. All the info is on section called singing section what you need to know which was linked in original email about season tickets. 
Contact sales centre if you want to relocate out of SK1, this can be done now.

Thanks for this… feel like I’m in a lose lose position though.. 

watched us win the league from my seat, and get on great with the people around us.

if I stay, it means I won’t be able to get a match day ticket (as all seats will be season ticket holders) for my young son who has just began to get interested after going to the Norwich game..
