I am not getting an option to renew my season ticket yet. I am on direct debit -- I am confused if it renews automatically -- the email implies it does -- but it also says I have to choose mobile or season ticket card (my option, since I have kids involved).

Anyone have any advice?

I read somewhere that those on direct debits will get an email later this week (Thursday 19th) to choose mobile or card.

I actually got a season ticket again in summer and paid the new price of £450 in SK2, but the renewal this year is £435. Anyone know if I get the renewal price or if the 5% will get applied to what I paid last year? Hopefully I’m lucky and it’ll now be cheaper 😂

Do we know what the number of priority points it is this year to gain entry for the ballot? Think the Mrs has 12 or so.

I don’t think there is a minimum needed to register interest, this was last years info about it:

Went down to about 38 points last year (to be successful)

Same here, it’s cracking value when you think about it.  ST at Mansfield are nearly £400 although you do get 4 more games I guess.

As you are an existing STH you will pay the renewal price (i.e. £435 in your case).

Pleased that the singing section is a permanent fixture, hopefully as the seasons go on that area grows and grows until it becomes a whole (hopefully safe standing rail seated) stand to allow all who want to make some noise to get together and families, old timers etc can sit in comfort elsewhere.

Think 5% is pretty fair considering it's been frozen for so long and the cost of running the club has increased in the same way any other business has, plus King Power's profits being particularly hit by Covid.

And then I remember we're paying Brendan Rodgers 10 million pounds per year and we can't defend a corner.

Whats an 'old timer'?

Do you mean those of your parents and grandparents age that were for decades when we were shite and still be there if those days every returned and the novelty wears off for others?.

Ageism like any other form of prejudice is an embarrassingly moronic trait

Think he means people who would usually struggle to stand for 90 minutes and would prefer taking a seat instead mate.

Renewals don’t go live until 5pm tonight, try later. I went on line too to have a look and got an error message 😂

This is what I was wondering about. As I understand it - do nothing, get a mobile ticket - which is fine for me but a ballache for the kids (who don't always take their phones to the match - and if they do it's invariably out of battery by the time they get there!)

Hi all - if I chose the mobile ticket option as opposed to the physical card, could I lend my mobile ticket to others?

Thanks.

Presumably a screenshot could be taken and passed on...

What’s the situation with SK1? Will my season ticket automatically renew or do I need to apply to keep my seats as they are in the ‘singing’ section?

Sounds like it might be NFC (like Apple Pay) rather than a QR code, so screenshot wouldn’t work, would need the actual phone

I'm not a Grandad but It'd be nice at some point in my life and I'm sure you appreciative that your Grandad felt the same and it happened.

Calm down - Its amazing how calming it is to have paid off your mortgagees (benefit of age) and watching the rents pour in whilst tinkering about in the garden and many years before a LCFC OAP discount kicks in.

No offence taken. Getting older is something i'd recommend, the alternative isn't so great surely?  I've seen many that out of choice or illness have not had that benefit, i'll' opt for the nice cup of tea and a biscuit.... :scarf:

I would imagine there must be away to screen shot the QR code yes. But I'm sure this despite the press release is just another way to clamp down on sharing/sale of tickets and force you to use the resale site.

I just logged and renewed. It gives the option to select Season Ticket Card or E Ticket (or whatever they call it)

Opted for the direct debit scheme but when it displayed the direct debit mandate it shows  the direct debit will be taken in one payment (£550 on 1 July)!

Whilst not the end of the world, it would be better if it was monthly really (and maybe it will be, but as ever with the ticket office - it is never totally clear!)
