Nah, I doubt it Grealish has great technical ability but his end stats aren’t mind blowing, 3 goals and 3 assists last season. Barnes stats piss that, with double the goals and 7 more assists, it’s not like Newcastle are short of it and Man City have set the bar high.

That’s possibly a bit more realistic, though I still think that’s on the generous side. You think Barnes could sell for a higher fee than that achieved for Darwin Nunez or DeLigt? Sterling in the last year of his contract richarlison rather an enigma most evertonians will tell you they undersold him cos they needed the cash. Other clubs fans will tell you that 55/60m is about right barnes has the English premium and is young enough to play for three or four years and still have good resale value. 1

Confident that we’d only sell him if we got a stupid offer - that’s in excess of £70m newcastle aren’t doing those deals so it won’t happen
