If you're putting Soumaré in that system, he's not the holding midfielder he's the RCM.

He's very similar to KDH in style, ball progression by very direct carrying, just off the opposite foot.

If Soumaré consistently had the work rate and confidence KDH shows then KDH, Ndidi, Soumaré would be a really strong, lung busting midfield.

....wasn't there an article about Soumare, listing his attributes, that said he was an LCM...!!!

I thought it was strange at the time as KDH plays that role, either that or I was very mistaken.

I've just bought 2 tickets in a section called KW, never sat there before nut fancied a change, is it the same as everywhere else or do you have dress up and all that stuff.

Yes to be honest I don't know what to do with him. Right now he's a liability at DCM.

He's just not one.

There's this assumption he should be because he's a unit but it's not really his game at all.

             Schmeichel

Ricardo, Fofana, Evans, Justin

                Ndidi, KDH

   Perez, Maddison, Barnes

                    Vardy

Not what I would choose, but it is my guess. I think Brendan is done with 4-3-3.

I damn well hope so. 4 3 3 doesn't really suit us and Maddison on the right massively reduces his effectiveness.

If Brendan plays that formation this season, even for a minute, he's more gormless than I previously thought. And he is fairly fecking gormless at times.

Does it? He's just had his best season spending half of it on that side. I agree that he's better in the 10 role, but it's hyperbole to say it "massively reduces his effectiveness".

So you agree with me then.

It's a friendly so give Stolarczyk the 1st half and Iversen the second half and see how they go

What’s going on with Ward?

But yeah they’ll likely need as much practice as they can get before the season starts.

That doesn't make your fellow attendee a nutter.

The line up tomorrow is going to give an indication as to what the club want to do over the remaining of the transfer window. Will players like Hamza, soumare and praet feature if there's a realistic change if them moving on? Will schmeichel and fofana play if there is serious interest in them!?

Perez will probably play 🙄

Everyone who's apparently leaving will start tomorrow.

Yeah. Makes sense. We're going to sell the entire 11 as a job lot to Newcastle.
