Loan manager

And who do you think the Loan manager ultimately reports to...?!?

Nothing ever happens at LCFC Academy without Rudkin's say so...

Para on Hamza's performance in the article. Showing that he has way more in his locker than he is given credit for on this forum

He’s definitely good enough for the top end of the Championship now. He’s gradually improving the more he plays. I’d wager he’ll be good enough for the bottom half of the Premier League before the season’s out.

No it doesn't

“We need more of that, please, because Choudhury and Kayembe at home against a poor side isn’t penetrative enough”

That reads to me as he can only do it against a poor Reading team .
Nothing against him but playing at a lower level against a poor side doesn’t equate to him having more in his locker .

The overriding point is that he has been labelled as a player who does not have a varied passing range nor the vision or technique to pull off what he has been doing for much of the season at Watford. Whether that's down to his instructions or something else, he is showing a side to his game that much of this forum like to think he doesn't have.

But the article basically states that he’s only done it against a poor Reading side and he hasn’t been doing it all season . Even says at the end never seen before

But he is not a playmaker. Alongside anyone else, that wouldn’t be such a problem. But alongside Edo Kayembe it sticks out like a sore thumb because neither is progressive in possession.

Yet against Paul Ince’s men, we saw a new side to the Leicester City loanee. Perhaps it was because Reading were passive and gave him time to demonstrate a never-before-seen range of passing and vision.

....you would have to say that the opposition he faced, gave him the opportunity to express himself more, and it sounds as if he was attempting to play the way he wants to play, as opposed to the tough tackling,  potential red card merchant, that he seems to have  invented!!!

I seriously think Nelson would've made  his debut for us on Tuesday in the League Cup. Hate him riding the bench in League 2. I thought the owner had given assurances of playing time. I know they have had changes, but still.

Shameless self-promotion: I am hosting a pub quiz at the 1852 Brewery Co. in Wigston on Sunday Nov. 13 at 8pm. C'mon down.

Nice to see Hamza slowly improving. Looking at his stats he's their best tackler, (defensive only) passer and interceptor.

Really disappointed in the Nelson loan. Stolarczyk is highly ranked by our academy and has done nothing but sit on the bench there.

Oh man Hamza was so mediocre today. Does nothing positive whatsoever.  He's such a meh player. Hopefully some Champs side will take him off our hands permanently and maybe that will be  Warford if they don't go up.

Great hair still, a decent song and some awesome bants with a fat bastard in the crowd, which was fun.

Needs to be a few recalls in Jan. Does whoever it is that agrees the loan deals actually do any research on the teams they are being sent to?

I reckon as long as you take Hamza to be defensive only he’s decent. I read on their forums that neither their central midfielder make positive passes forwards.

....creativity is not something that is going to come with Hamza, but with decent coaching, he could be a progressive player!!!

I always felt he had a lot more to his game, but he has never seemed to want to develop his game. I suppose the game time we give him, does not allow him to do any more than what we ask him to do.

Like Mendy, he has a lot more in his locker but we do not get to see it. Mendy is technically better on the ball but refuses to progress the play when there is no movement further forward, It is crying out for someone to bring the ball forward, but they both refuse to take up the opportunity.
