I bet if you asked the author of this to bet £10 of his own money on Leicester being relegated he wouldn't.

There was an article last year (too lazy to look it up) stating that Leicester City had the most miserable and negative online fanbase (shocking, I know.) We are obviously the not getting relegated club most likely to react to an article claiming we are going to be relegated. It was well-targeted clickbait, nothing more.

If Kasper doesn’t go we could have a starting side including schmeichel, evans, Albrighton and vardy. By January that’s an XI including two 36 year olds, a 35 year old and a 33 year old. I don’t think the ageing side comment is without basis.

We won’t go down though, can’t see us finishing lower than 10th.

That's 4 players though out of 25. The majority of the others are not only under 30 but significantly under 30. It's an absolute nonense comment from that article.

Also, even if we sold Kasper, Wes, Youri and Madders (which we obviously wouldn't do all in one window), we'd still have plenty of quality players but particularly going forward. Barnes, Daka, Iheanacho and Vardy almost guarantees you'd score enough goals to stay up.

This is article is right out of the top drawer... For something that goes straight in the bin.

Ok, what iF they don't all play and we play Soyuncu instead of Evans, Daka instead of Vardy, Perez instead of Albrighton? Are we suddenly not an ageing teams.

The notion we've got an old team is total and utter nonsense. We fielded one of the lowest averaged aged starting 11's last season. We've basically got three old payers, the rest are young or in their prime.

Exactly. People also forget the team we fielded against Liverpool and somehow managed to win that game. 1 or 2 more injuries prior to that game and we would have fielded the bartender and gardener of KP as CBs.

I mean this thread alone has nearly three thousand views and approaching 100 comments and I dread to glance at Facebook or Twitter.

He's clearly achieved what he set out to do.

Next week on foxestalk, twelve pages on "Gabby Agbonlahor called James Maddison a pub footballer."

This is why F365 is wank now, they still pride themselves on being above the establishment media but they're just as bad.

Mhm, this article is Buzzfeed clickbait levels of tedious.

It genuinely upsets me someone got paid to write that and that you all get my myriad footballing wisdoms for free while I play with spreadsheets for a living.

I used to read F365 religiously but don’t read it now as it’s so reverted to focus on the ‘Sky 6’ I got fed up. Presuming the fact they’ve done a separate preview for the ‘also-rans’ means that’s still the case, if not more so.

To be fair, I don’t mind the article and you can see why he thinks it. Heck, there’s a thread on here about how much of a ‘mess’ we’re supposedly in and we know how bad we can be when we get in a rut.

We also know it’s a squad that can challenge for the top four and still finished top ten last season despite the injury problems and crisis we supposedly had etc. We’re probably the only team that could finish anywhere between 3rd and 20th.

Did he though? I don't know about the Facebook atrocity as I never use it but I personally never clicked on the link of the OP and I'd be surprised if any of our fans did. If some of them did though good luck to 365 because 99.9% of us are using AdBlock. If the author wants to ridicule himself in the world for some extra money he can be my guest.

My Forest-supporting mate sent me the article. In response, I offered him a £50 bet as to which of our teams finished higher this season......he's yet to take up my offer. :D

He probably watched Olympiakos last night and he understood their going down with a bang smashing Derby's records.

Leicester Reserves finished as the 8th best team in the country last season, so imagine what our first team could do. And I remember us doing the exact opposite of being relegated the last time we were tipped for it. Not worried about being relegated at all this season, only six clubs can argue they are better than us whilst keeping a straight face. We're the best of the rest without even signing anyone.

The **** is this shit. Honestly, the obsession with signing players is just bizarre.

I remember the days where we saw keeping our best players as a successful window.

So who in the wages department got us into such a mess we can't afford to buy new players?

The rules changed.  There are only 25 places in the squad.  We had to buy an emergency CB last summer due to late injury to Wes.  No one wants to buy our cast offs.  Take your pick.
