Just me that thought we were OK tonight? I mean, we're shit and wouldn't score for another 10 hours but there was a bit of effort at least?

The positives:

Looked far more settled with Ndidi at CB. Hopefully he stays there.

No injuries.

One step closer to sacking Brendan.

Soumare with game time.

The negatives:

KDH/Tielemans/Barnes off form tonight despite being our better players in the past few games.

Vardy still off the boil.

Still dodgy subs and lack thereof.

Naivety at the back as usual. Thomas needed to be back in position and that goal wouldn't have happened. What the **** is Evans doing as captain if he can't command his back line?

Nobody has taken Vestergard or Bertrand.

Thank you for the fair analysis. Been wondering if Wilf could do a job at CB.

I care ,you might find thst hard to believe, I love my club and always will whatever happens ,,I believe we should play vardy ,or daka ,or nacho man ,vardy needs some one u front with him  FOXES NEVER QUIT ,Keep the faith lads

I don't find it hard to believe. We all do but it was a comment on the demise of the club and a recognition of the end of an era. The club is on its knees. I also care as much as anyone but I'm finding this painful and sad after what has been built up over the past ten years. We're going down without a whimper and our club motto is being abused.

With all the 💩 going on in our lives at the moment we need our football club to give us all a boost, some excitement and a team to be proud of but what we have is a lame, turgid weak “brand” of football which is just so so depressing.

Joyless and boring.

Even Man City have moved on played 442 yesterday, Rodgers is unable to adapt most of his signings have hardly had any impact get rid before it's to late

Ward seems clueless in possession and those who criticised kasper’s kicking ….

I knew this would happen. Kasper was always better than people realised and Ward can't pass more than 10 yards!

Agreed that we looked ‘stale’.

didn’t see the goal but I had read that ward was partly to blame due to a poor kick - people were hounding him.

watching the goal the kick clears the whole team, for it then to be passed through everyone. Ward not at fault at all and people need to get off their witch hunt.

Brendan has the body language of a man waiting to be sacked. Looks totally disinterested and non of it is my fault.

I was just thinking that he looks like he’s having to do the interview and then he’s off up to see Top !

He did look broken. Honestly thought he was fighting back the tears.

The BT Sport panel are missing a key point though, he was backed massively last summer and that's part of the problem.

It is only five games. We need a new manager. This squad is good enough to finish mid to lower ish table.

Not under Rodgers though.

Soumare - Showing Improvement. Good game

Ndidi - Not a CB. Woefully out of position at times

Soyuncu - How must he be feeling

Evan - Rock. Tremendous

KDH - Worked hard but passing could be better

Ward - Nothing to do other than that one goal which was not his fault

Barnes - Ineffective

Maddison - Decent but a couple of misplaced passes

Tielemans - Decent but too careless at times

Vardy - Geeze he needs support. Lone striker does not work anymore

Nachos - Lively. Should have started

Daka - Nice touch for Justin

Thomas - Solid. Good choice to start him over Castagne

Justin - Ok defensively but wasteful going forward. Missed golden chance

Rodgers - Baffling decision to use Ndidi as CB and continuing questionable use of lone striker system. Wastes Nachos’ talent on the bench. Good decision to start Soumare and Thomas though. Running out of ideas to attack. He really needs to give up his stubborn mindset with lone striker.

What game were you watching?

Our left back standing in the same position as Barnes for no ****ing reason didn’t help

Lack of balance in the side is frightening. Rodgers has been hung out to dry by those above him and I honestly don't know what a new manager could do with this group but something has to give

There are plenty of unadventurous uninspiring managers that could set the team up as hard to beat, an defensively sound Dyche, Hodgson, Allardyce. The whole team has more confidence when they know one goal will win the game, it isn't pretty, but it isn't pretty now anyway, we are in a dog fight, an even an interim manager from within the club would get a 3-5 game bounce to change momentum.

Our new signing Wout must be checking his contract to see if there’s a 24 hour release clause.

Brendan is out of ideas and the players although they are trying are not believing in his message and the style of play.

The players are good let’s be honest they won the Cup 16 months ago and they don’t deteriorate like this. Something is seriously wrong and it has to be Brendan. He’s in a trance and has practically blamed the club for the issues we face.
