Thought Soumare tried though is still slow. KDH and Maddison were decent for 10 minutes. Noone else worth a mention.

My favourite parts were Ward coming to the edge of his box only to pass sideways to Evans. Another highlight was at the end Evans doing nothing with the ball and Soumare actually just taking it off him and driving with it

Soumare - Showing Improvement. Good game

Ndidi - Not a CB. Woefully out of position at times

Soyuncu - How must he be feeling

Evan - Rock. Tremendous

KDH - Worked hard but passing could be better

Ward - Nothing to do other than that one goal which was not his fault

Barnes - Ineffective

Maddison - Decent but a couple of misplaced passes

Tielemans - Decent but too careless at times

Vardy - Geeze he needs support. Lone striker does not work anymore

Nachos - Lively. Should have started

Daka - Nice touch for Justin

Thomas - Solid. Good choice to start him over Castagne

Justin - Ok defensively but wasteful going forward. Missed golden chance

Rodgers - Baffling decision to use Ndidi as CB and continuing questionable use of lone striker system. Wastes Nachos’ talent on the bench. Good decision to start Soumare and Thomas though. Running out of ideas to attack. He really needs to give up his stubborn mindset with lone striker.

Rodgers out, no doubt. BUT there need to be some big calls on the pitch, apart from Madders and KDH our forward movement is atrocious. The amount of times today we had the ball in the middle and just ended up stopping and standing because nobody was offering anything up was ridiculous. In all seriousness, GOAT needs dropping. Barnes end products is still utter dogshit too.

The sad part is, I couldn't actually give a shit that we've just lost.  That's the best way to deal with this situation.  It's almost impossible to care anymore.  Until Top decides enough is enough (whenever that will be), it's not going to get better.  Game by game we will give ourselves a bigger mountain to climb. 

 

We've been served up garbage football for 18 months.  Relentless, boring, turgid football.  It's meant to be entertaining win lose or draw.  Who the fook watches us the past year and a half and thinks its a good time? 

 

I genuinely hand on heart, cannot remember the last time we played well.

Only positive was Soumare. Thought it was his best game for us, Spartak aside. Evans good as well.

 

Really disappointed Rodgers didn't get Castagne on 2nd half overlapping Barnes. They had 2 full backs on yellows for over an hour and we never looked like trying to exploit it.

Evans, Ndidi and Soumare did alright I thought. But for large parts they werent pressured. 

 

Barnes has one trick and if it don't work he's ****ed. Vardy shite, KDH doesn't do it for me part from the time he spent higher up the pitch, Maddison and Tielemans unsure the position they are supposed to be.
