has anyone else noticed 9 times out of 10 when soumare gets the ball he passes it back the person who passes it to him instantly. 

 

is that him saying “why are you giving that to me here” ? 

 

is that something brendan tells them to do?

 

is that him lacking confidence to do something with it? 

 

or is that just something he does?

I'd be shocked if we don't concede another this game. We are so open at the back. Evans and Thomas no communication and our midfield is so easy to play through.

Soumare is terrible. He marks himself out the game. Never wants to receive it.

 

Or he tries to create a passing lane after the player has received the ball, by then its too late.

 

Then you have his work rate which is non existent.

 

He only looks reasonable if the ball is 2 yards away from him.

Brighton are swarming him, not a lot else he can do. Potter has identified we can’t get out if they target him and Tielemans. He’s a good coach. It’s on Rodgers to change it.
