I’ve never understood the criticism he gets. Today he was absolutely superb and developing a really solid partnership with Okoli

He has rightly been given criticism as nearly every game he does something stupid and gifts the opposition a chance. However, he was excellent today and didn't do a single thing wrong so credit where it's due.

He seems more settled with Okoli next to him.

They are establishing a very solid partnership. Lets hope we can hang on to them both in the January window.

He's a good footballer, but a truly awful defender—always has a blunder in him. The epitome of a donkey. I hate that he's our main centre-back. Just shite.

Bomb scare this evening

it happens from time to time with him when he seems to think he’s better than he is

How any of our defenders can think that with our goals against is ridiculous but that wout for you

It happens almost every single game, and that's not hyperbole. There was 1 bit in the first half where he got caught in no man's land after a lazy tackle but luckily nothing came of it.

Bournemouth was genuinely the first time in 20/30 games where he hasn't made a a big mistake. He's absolutely crap because there's no point being pretty dominant for the whole game if you slap in a massive error

Can't stand his stupid ****ing hair, his stumpy legs, the throwing his hands in the air as we concede yet another goal. I've never disliked a player to an irrational extent but I do with this prat.

Throws his hands in the air like he doesn’t make more mistakes than ANYONE.

Not good enough for the PL

Disagree.

When he's on it, he can be great; but, more often than not, he thinks he's Puyol.

My sentiments to a tee.

My disdain for Wout has never been the same for another player and we’ve had some dreadful players over the years.

He is way too risky of a player to have as a team fighting relegation with a struggling defence

Always reliable for a good amount of brain farts across the season

So you're saying more often than not he's crap? I would say that makes him a bit crap personally pal

Aye.

Was trying to say he thinks he's better than he is and makes mistakes because of it - like with Wood's second goal.

No one in that back line inspires one bit of confidence. Must be absolutely maddening for Hermansen

Then why were you disagreeing with someone saying he wasn't good enough for the premier league? Lol
