I can't think of a player in recent history that I have hated more than Faes. Amartey was awful, but at least he didn't think he was the next Beckenbauer.

I genuinely don't see how any manager could see Faes play and keep in in the squad.

 

We don't deserve to win or stay up if you don't learn from mistakes like continually playing Faes & Justin.

 

No 2 ways about it, they both need to be dropped. It's Danny Ward levels of bad now.

RVN probably has to drop Faes but with Okoli being injured, Coady and Vesty are the only other options - and they would surely be the slowest CB pairing in PL history. Don't envy Ruud trying to pick a defence with what we have available.

The difference is, Amartey always gave 100%. Whilst he was limited in ability you couldn’t ever fault his effort or call him lazy. Faes and Justin put on absolutely disgraceful performances today. Nothing more infuriating than seeing a lack of effort.

Issues is we have limited bunch of CBs, if Okoli isn't fit we have Coady and Vestergaard.

 

Same as people calling for JJ to come it means Hamza in.

 

I think we need come up with a more structured shape, we are far to open especially on transition.

He’s our very own side show Bob. His calamity knows no end. I’m scarred for life the image of farce running back to our goal not even looking at the ball or the player and getting neither leading to a goal time after time after time. I’m exhausted! Please Santa all I want for Xmas is no more wout farce. 🙏

I get why he was selected as he has a decent diagonal pass on him and can bring the ball out, but the guy was poor at defending even in the championship, baffling how he’s managing to start every game still

His contact runs out at the end of next season, his book value should be around £7mil in January. Hopefully there is someone who will buy for that.

No one is going to buy in Jan when he’s free in the summer I’d imagine
