We need to be a bit careful here of playing everything down the left. Need the occasional foray down the right too, to keep them guessing and not enable them to continue to overload that side of their defensive unti.

4 at the back feels more solid when confidence is low

I mean it's what they're more familiar with isn't it. It's not rocket science. They know what they drill and more often than not that's going to be a back four.

Amartey is the worst cb in the league anyone please tell me any different??

Something bloody bad must’ve happened between cags and Rodgers for him to persist with Amartey. It’s suicidal, as an “elite” manager, how does he get away with it.

As soon as we are direct, we cause problems.

We did pass it around the back for what seemed like 10 minutes before playing that forward pass tbf.

Decent coaching?

At any time during his years at Leicester did you look at him and think there was an 8 in there?

If you told me “there is a premier league quality #8 in Schlupp” I’d have assumed that Schlupp was actively being shagged by Youri

Maybe Patrick Vieira knows better what to look for a in a big, strong, quick, fit central midfielder than you do, though?

I'm not sure what would qualify him above you but its just a hunch.
