Chris Mepham has complained and moaned a lot this evening. Its as if he'd queued up for  hours for the Nemesis and ended up on the Gravity Wheel up Earl Shilton Carnival.

England had 14 and 10 mins injury time, Holland 10 mins, this game 9. What on earth is going on? Is this what happens when we aren't all allowed to get fcukin garried at games?

USA have properly ran out of steam. Far too much in the first half. Wales have been better in the second half, but how much of that is down to USA dropping off? 
 

Of course if Wales had Ward in goal, they would be 6-1 up. Naturally.

Sadly the word soccer was a construct of Oxford and Cambridge universities long before the yanks. Used interchangeably in England since the early 1900’s I think. They also came up with Rugger for Rugby - adding “er” was a fad at the time.
