I've been annoyed in the past seasons of course but I've always been willing to give him a chance to turn it around. I think the Southampton home game this season was the first time I've really.been he has to go. Been plenty since.

When teams realised they can sit and counter attack us, and Rodgers had no ability to deal with it tactically

The last memorable occasion was Forest last season.  There will have been at least one occasion before that, but after a series of abject performances for well over 2 years, it's difficult to tell them apart!

I've been Rodgers out for well over a year.  I was at the point of actually not being bothered if he left or stayed when we bottled the champions league the second time in a row.

I never actually wanted him in the first place but put up with it and had some incredible highs, but I've never warmed to him and never particularly rated him.

When we bottled top 4 for the 2nd time against Spurs I wanted him gone but we’d just won the cup so I knew it was never happening. Forest in the cup was when I knew he’d reached his sell by date.
