I can't tell you how nice it feels to properly feel engaged in a game again. Might not be a bed of roses but it's just amazing to feel something again

As @Finnegan has said, that midfield three is grotesque and not only aren't we pressing but Mendy and Ndidi somehow managed to get carved open at times as well. Pointless.

 

I'd get Ricardo on for Ndidi at half time.

Ndidi and Mendy are really high up the pitch and easy to a slot it by for the goal. Also Ndidi keeps drifting across to the ball when Mendy is there leaving a huge gap. 
 

It doesn’t help that we seem to allow Villa to pass under no pressure.
