Hope Si is around for a while, would be great to see a bit of an international rivalry with Brecel Si based on the way they both play.

I feel for Selby if he does get through to the final.

 

The love in for Brecel is going to be ridiculous and the way the likes of Hendry going on about Selby and his "anti-snooker" constantly then I feel the "knowledgeable crucible crowd" could turn pretty quick against him and could turn into a bit of a circus.

I think Selby will use it all as motivation. Strikes me as the kind of bloke who just loves to prove people wrong.

 

He'll just do it his own way with no fvcks given.

This really is going to go on all night isnt it.

 

I’m off to the 3rd session of the final on Monday afternoon which should be good. Would like to see Selby there but he is boring as ****.

Ronnie is usually a big fan of the young Chinese lads (when they’re not taking bribes) so hopefully he can help him to bounce back and push himself into consistent performance.

Mate, I think you mean he's a tactical mastermind who coverts every point and frame like his life depends on it.

 

He doesn't give his opponent an inch and grinds them down until they submit. 

 

And in addition to all that, he's a brilliant potter and break builder when he gets the chance.

 

I know he's not flamboyant like some but he's far from boring IMHO.
