Soy and Soumare immense today, although I think everyone played their part, even Daka playing smart and going down with cramp to disrupt the momentum they were building

I think we should cut out the blame game for the last matches. If every player gives it all while on the pitch , that's good enough for me .I will leave it up to Smith to make the call if a player is having a bad one. He used fifteen today and made good decisions, even hooking Kelechi who will be vital on Tuesday.

Love the attitude. Even though I felt it was wrong to start with Daka in place of another midfielder, at least we had a go and wanted to win.

Unlike Rodgers with his negative set up and loser mentality.

That feels big with results around us as well.

An opportunity on Tuesday night to put daylight between us and the relegation zone against a struggling Leeds side with Barnes (who loves playing Leeds) and Maddison likely to be back. Grab three points then and a result on Saturday against Everton and we can start to relax a little.

Great to see us fight when going behind; although I am still concerned about the individual errors every game.

This won't be popular but that handball/penalty review near the end looked like it would have been given if we were playing against the greedy rich clubs.

I was twitching while Madley had his finger to his ear.

Phew.  :sweating:

It needs to be said that a good few fouls were given for Wolves players throwing themselves to the floor before contact, so maybe it evened itself out.

Or maybe the officiating was gash...

We actually had a physical presence on the pitch, Wolves would have needed dynamite to knock Soumare and Cags off their feet. It is this controlled strength and desire  that has been missing for months. Iverson is miles better than Ward. What on earth was BR thinking by not playing Cags and Iverson.

The team was immense today and showed great character to come from behind and take the three points. Marvellous.

No. The time to relax is after 38 games. Not before.

That would have been way too harsh. Ball going over the opponent’s shoulder and hit Faes arm while he was jumping without a clue the ball was coming towards his arm which was not flinging but relatively close to his body. Further the ball was not going towards goal. It was the right decision.

But yes, could have been given if we were playing Man U.

Not seen many of the Kristiansen haters give him any credit for the winner

Not sure why he deserves to be hated. He’s had a couple of poor games but he’s 20 years old for Christ sake. He’s been good overall. Definitely our best available LB.

Find it hard to dislike Kristensen he has had a couple of below par matches but on the whole he has a great attitude and is very capable great assist today
